About your Facilitator, Ash Bell

I’m Ash Bell, here to support you to become a leader in your own life.

Residing in Naam, Australia (Melbourne) and working with people around the world, I’m on a mission to guide and teach you how to lean in, level up, live your best life and love yourself and the world around you.

When you step into my circles, there is a weaving of modalities and traditions, including; Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Ceremonial Cacao, Mentoring, Psychic and Spiritual work. I’m not afraid to go there with you, I keep it real, whilst building a strong sense of community, interconnection and welcoming, reminding you that you’re not alone on your journey.

I’ve fought cancer, I’ve faced death and this has given me a unique perspective of the world. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from myself, to feel a distrust with my body and face years of suppressed sadness, shame and grief. I’m driven to move beyond survival, I continue to explore, learn and heal, opening up possibility and potential for myself, so I can teach and lead my community to thrive.
