Course Overview
This certified one day training is for the curious, the heart led, and anyone craving a deeper connection with the healing frequency of sound. Whether you're brand new or already walking a healing path, this course offers a nourishing foundation in sound, with a special focus on Tibetan singing bowls.
Throughout the day, I’ll guide you through the basics of how to work with bowls with clarity, care, and intuition. We'll explore how sound supports the nervous system, shifts energy, and brings us back into harmony. You'll get to listen, play, receive, and tune into your own rhythm.
I also share a little about crystal bowls and voice (think: mantra, vibration, and tone), giving you a taste of how these other sound tools can complement your practice.
We keep the group small so the space feels spacious, supportive, and personal.
